Customers requesting oil delivery service must provide accurate delivery information including correct address, accessible tank location, and current contact information. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your heating oil tank during scheduled delivery times.
For automatic oil delivery customers, you must notify us immediately of any changes to your heating system, occupancy, or delivery preferences. Tank gauges and fill pipes must be accessible and clearly marked.
Customers are responsible for maintaining adequate space around the tank area for safe fuel delivery operations. Any obstacles that prevent safe delivery may result in rescheduling charges.
You agree to use our heating oil delivery services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with local regulations in Suffolk County and Nassau County.
Ronkonkoma Fuel offers flexible delivery scheduling including same-day delivery and emergency oil delivery options. Standard deliveries are typically scheduled within 24-48 hours of order placement.
Our automatic oil delivery program uses degree-day calculations and historical usage data to schedule deliveries before you run low. Customers can opt out of automatic delivery with 48-hours notice.
Delivery appointments are scheduled in 4-hour windows. We provide advance notification when possible, though emergency heating oil delivery may occur without prior notice during extreme weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled delivery time. Same-day and emergency deliveries cannot be cancelled once our truck is dispatched.

We accept the following payment methods for oil delivery service:
For COD heating oil delivery, payment is due upon delivery completion. Credit and debit card payments may be processed at time of order or upon delivery, depending on customer preference.
Automatic oil delivery customers may establish credit accounts with approved payment terms. Late payment charges may apply to overdue accounts according to New York State regulations.
All prices include delivery charges within our standard service area. Additional fees may apply for deliveries requiring special access or outside normal business hours.
Ronkonkoma Fuel’s liability for heating oil delivery services is limited to the value of the fuel delivered. We maintain full insurance coverage for residential and commercial fuel delivery operations as required by New York State law.

Customers agree to indemnify Ronkonkoma Fuel against claims arising from inaccurate delivery information, unsafe tank conditions, or restricted property access.
These Terms of Service are governed by New York State law and local regulations applicable in Suffolk County. Any disputes arising from our heating oil delivery services will be resolved in accordance with New York State legal procedures.
Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication with our customer service team. If resolution cannot be reached, matters may be referred to appropriate local authorities or mediation services.
These terms are binding upon customers, heirs, successors, and assigns. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect.
